Shlomo Mashiah, retied senior air force officer and former senior executive for major defense companies, is a veteran manager of large scale technologically challenging complex aviation engineering programs in addition to his flying and command experience on multiple types of helicopters.

Modi Tovel, active pilot instructor on both rotary and fixed wing aircraft, has consulted, initiated, established and actively managed several multi-million dollar commercial and para-public operations, in countries ranging from Africa, Middle East and Europe.

James J. Frey, Ph.D., former USN Helicopter Pilot and Advanced Flight Simulator design and testing expert. Jim has led several multi-million simulation projects, implementing advanced technologies into flight training devices of all levels from the initial concept and design stages to full implementation and delivery for both military and civilian enterprise. He has over $1B in successful program management experience.
